MACT is a Singapore-based REIT on residential & commercial REITs. Their principal investment objective is to invest on a long-term basis, directly or indirectly, in a diverisifed portfolio of income-producing real estate used primarily for office and/or retail purposes, as well as real estate-related assets, in the markets of Asia, including but not limited to Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. Its portfolio comprises approximately 18 commercial properties across 5 markets in Asia, including 5 in Singapore, 1 in Hong Kong, 2 in China, 9 in Japan and 1 in South Korea.
